Kānuka honey is of a similar flavour  and profile as Mānuka. The Kānuka tree  [A TEA TREE] is a close relative of Mānuka bush which naturally grow together and  can be difficult to distinguish between the plants, honey and pollen. Therefore Kānuka honey was not distinguished from Mānuka  in the past. This honey takes us back to tradition and is likely a naturally gathered blend of the two. 

Comes in a small square glass jar.
