Produced from the nectar of the little blue Borage flower – THE BUGLOSS PLANT – this honey is collected from the remote high country of the South Island, New Zealand.  This plant, also known as VIPERS BUGLOSS, produces a honey of the finest flavour. Light delicate and slightly floral, a flavour perfectly balanced as a healthy alternative to sugar for sweetening coffee, tea or used in cooking.

Comes in a small square glass jar.
