Hislops Organic Creamed Blue Borage 500g

Produced from the nectar of the Vipers Bugloss - the Bugloss plant - this honey also known as Blue Borage is collected from the Clarence Valley where Vipers Bugloss thrives in the hot and dry environment of the Valley.

This mono-floral honey has a light and delicate flavour of vanilla and has simply been -creamed- for consistency, and retains all the beneficial enzymes of raw honey. It is perfect for sweetening drinks, substituting for sugar in cooking or on sour dough with goats cheese.
