This raw blue borage honey (or Vipers Bugloss) is sourced from the muzzle station located in the Kaikoura seaward mountain ranges New Zealand. A light delicate flavour with slight vanilla, makes the perfect natural substitute for sugar in any coffee, hot drink, baking, smoothie or just about anything. Sourced from select beekeepers who support sustainable beekeeping. Comes in a refillable glass fido jar.
